Biografia di un corpo
Un nudo isolato che contiene la propria ombra in un percorso che scandisce l’essenza e narra tramite se stesso tutte le biografie possibili. Il lavoro sul dettaglio è volto a evocare una creatura informe. La visione quasi mitologica che ne deriva passa attraverso un sapere del corpo fatto di micromovimenti, che dilatano l’attenzione e si potenziano in un crescendo incessante. Il corpo spoglio è simbolo di pienezza, un universo abitato solamente da presenze suggerite, lontano da postulati di controllo totale sull’azione coreografica. Reimparare a camminare, respira-re e sussurrare diventano il campo di un confronto sensibile con lo sguardo dello spettatore. La luce funzionerà come forza dinamica vitale che incontra l’occhio e lo guida, cambiando densità e calore, animando l’inanimato, strumento per descrivere l’indispensabile lasciando scorrere via tutto il superfluo e ridurre il corpo umano a strumento di comunicazione essenziale.
An isolated nude that contains its shadow in a path that marks the essence and tells through itself all the possible biographies. The work on details is aimed at evoking a shapeless creature. The almost mythological view that ensues from it, passes through a knowledge of the body made of micro-movements, which expands the attention and strengthen in an incessant crescendo. The bare body is a symbol of fullness, a universe inhabited only by suggested presences, far from postulates of total control over the choreographic action. Re-learning to walk, breathing and whispering become the field of a sensitive comparison with the viewer's gaze. Light will function as a vital dynamic force that meets the eye and guides it, changing density and heat, animating the inanimate, a tool to describe the essence, letting all the needless flow away and reducing the human body to an essential communication tool.
Biografia
Davide Valrosso – coreografo, danz'autore, performer, artista e formatore, fonda del 2021 NINA di cui è il direttore artistico e coordinatore del progetto ‘INCUBATORE per futuri coreografi”. Per due anni è stato sia Artista associato del Festival Oriente Occidente che coreografo Residente del Balletto di Roma. Collabora come performer e formatore all’interno dell’Accademia sull’Arte del Gesto di Firenze. Nel 2018 crea “Biografia di un corpo”, nell’ambito del progetto europeo BeSpectACTive. Collabora con l’Università La Sapienza di Roma e l ’università di Pisa. La sua ultima creazione Love|Paradisi artificiali, ha vinto il premio Cross Award. Con i suoi lavori ha partecipato a numerosi festival e rassegne, sia in Italia che all’estero (Spagna, Romania, Croazia, India, Polonia e Corea).
Davide Valrosso – choreographer, dance-artist, performer and trainer is a founder of NINA (2021) and artistic director and coordinator of the project “Incubator for young choreographers”. He has been associate artist with Oriente Occidente Festival for two years as well as choreographer for Balletto di Roma. He works as a performer, dancer and trainer in Florence’s Academy of the Art of the Gesture. In 2018 he created “Biografia di un corpo” for the European project BeSpectACTive. He is currently collaborating with Rome’s “La Sapienza” University and Pisa’s University. His latest creation “Love|Paradisi artificiali”, won the Cross Award. He has presented work in many festivals both in Italy and abroad (Spain, Romania, Croatia, India, Poland and Korea).
