Come? Fratturare l’estetica

Come? – la frattura estetica 

Cosa vuol dire oggi fare atre? Che senso ha l'arte oggi? E, soprattutto, quanto è politico tutto quello che facciamo in campo artistico?  Questo è il centro del simposio proposto e curato dagli artisti Nicola Fornoni e Darragh McLoughlin che, a partire dalla propria idea di arte scenica, riflettono, in dialogo con il pubblico, sulle possibilità della frattura estetica e di quanto questa possa costituire un ponto con il contemporaneo, con il mondo circostante. In definitiva la domanda è: come può l'arte avere una funzione sulle vite e in che modo questo può accadere?

How? – The Aesthetic Fracture

What does it mean to create art today? What is the purpose of art in the present moment? And more importantly, how political is everything we do in the artistic field?  This is the core of the symposium proposed and curated by artists Nicola Fornoni and Darragh McLoughlin. Starting from their own concept of scenic art, they reflect, in dialogue with the audience, on the possibilities of the aesthetic fracture and how this can create a bridge with contemporary life and the surrounding world. Ultimately, the question is: how can art have an impact on our lives, and how can this happen?
