Elsa Couvreur si è formata presso la Royal Ballet School of Antwerp e il Ballet Junior de Genève. Nel 2012 ha co-fondato Woman's Move, con cui ha creato spettacoli quali J’ai essayé de ne pas tomber, Even Raël Would Agree, Après le bip sonore, Drop the Gogo, Anchor e PATIENCE.
Come interprete ha danzato per Alias, Inkörper e Yann Marussich. Le sue creazioni, caratterizzate da un forte senso del ritmo, teatralità, ironia e umorismo, sono state presentate a livello internazionale.

Elsa trained at the Royal Ballet School of Antwerp and the Ballet Junior de Genève. She co-founded Woman’s Move in 2012 and created works including J’ai essayé de ne pas tomber, Even Raël Would Agree, Après le bip sonore, Drop the Gogo, Anchor, and PATIENCE. She has danced for Alias, Inkörper, and Yann Marussich. Her creations, marked by rhythm, theatricality, irony, and humor, have toured internationally. In 2025, she created Embarrassed Naked Female and a solo version of Let’s Start Again.
