Sacha Vangrevelynghe (bboy Cash), uno dei danzatori di punta della compagnia Zahrbat, introdurrà i partecipanti alla diversità della danza hip hop, dalle cosiddette danze “in piedi” e, in particolare, alla danza a terra: il breaking in tutte le sue sfaccettature (Toprock, Footwork, Freeze…). Attraverseranno la storia di questa cultura coreografica in pochi movimenti. Questa introduzione condurrà i partecipanti alla scoperta di sé e dell’altro, poiché la pratica della danza è un modo per fiorire individualmente e insieme agli altri, per scambiare, condividere ed esprimersi.
Sacha Vangrevelynghe (bboy Cash), one of the leading dancers of the Zahrbat company, will introduce participants to the diversity of hip hop dance, from the so-called standing dances to, in particular, floor dance: breaking in all its facets (Toprock, Footwork, Freeze…). They will journey through the history of this choreographic culture in just a few movements. This initiation will lead participants to the discovery of self and others, as the practice of dance is a way to flourish both individually and collectively, to exchange, to share, and to express oneself.
