La pratica condivisa attingerà dalle esperienze messe in atto per trovare il linguaggio creativo dello spettacolo TheoDora. Prima attraverso lo stimolo piccole e grandi parti del corpo in relazione ad elementi concreti: il suolo, le spinte, le traiettorie, lo spazio. Successivamente, l’osservazione diretta delle immagini di Dora Maar. Ci si addentrerà nello specifico di come creare un corpo surreale. La trasformazione in gesti danzati di alcuni macro- temi: il punto di osservazione e come cambiarlo, è un macro-paesaggio quello che vedo, o primo piano? Lo sguardo, cosa vedo, cosa non vedo, cosa non voglio vedere Posso racchiudere in un corpo solo tutte le immagini di cui mi sono nutrito? I margini, la luce, le ombre; al fine di trasformare quel corpo un un’immagine che cerca spazio e luce.
The shared practice will draw from the experiences carried out to find the creative language of the performance TheoDora. At first, through the stimulation of small and large parts of the body in relation to concrete elements: the ground, pushes, trajectories, space. Subsequently, the direct observation of Dora Maar’s images. The work will delve into how to create a surreal body. The transformation of certain macro-themes into danced gestures: the point of observation and how to change it — is what I see a macro-landscape, or a close-up? The gaze: what do I see, what do I not see, what do I refuse to see? Can I enclose in a single body all the images I have been nourished by? The margins, the light, the shadows; with the aim of transforming that body into an image that seeks space and light.
