“Nos Réconciliations” nasce da una riflessione condivisa sulle rappresentazioni normative di genere. Questi schemi imposti dal contesto sociale sono all’origine della divisione tra corpi “maschili” e “femminili”, associati a comportamenti definiti maschili o femminili.
Ma possiamo decostruire questa categorizzazione binaria? Ispirata ai procedimenti del Cubismo, questa creazione tende a rivelare l’invisibile, a moltiplicare i punti di vista e le possibilità.
Le due artiste mettono in discussione i codici sociali che influenzano il nostro modo di guardare il corpo e gli schemi che derivano dal nostro rapporto con il genere femminile e maschile.
In una scenografia essenziale, come nei nostri quadri viventi, i corpi si geometrizzano, seguono il ritmo o cercano di staccarsene proponendo una danza vacante, comunicativa e universale, ispirata alle danze collettive e popolari. Così, i corpi interrogano le proprie rappresentazioni sociali per decostruirle e reinventarne i meccanismi.
Nuove possibilità emergono, uscendo dalle rappresentazioni coercitive: celebriamo le nostre riconciliazioni.

Laura Morin & Marion Jousseaume si incontrano nel 2012 a La Roche-sur-Yon, durante gli studi di danza come specializzazione al liceo Pierre Mendès France e al conservatorio.
Nel 2015 proseguono insieme la formazione alla scuola del Ballet du Nord e all’Università di Lille III.
Dopo diversi anni di esperienza artistica e coreografica come danzatrici e interpreti, decidono di unire i loro percorsi attorno a una ricerca condivisa.
Nel 2021 fondano la compagnia Les Passantes, spinte dal desiderio di riconnettersi con il mondo, con sé stesse e con gli altri. Il loro lavoro, centrato su tematiche sociali e culturali, valorizza il vivente e le relazioni umane.
Desiderose di rendere la danza contemporanea accessibile, mirano a raggiungere pubblici diversi e a esplorare nuovi spazi di diffusione, liberandosi al contempo dalle logiche di produzione “massive” che dominano il settore culturale.
“Nos Réconciliations” is born from a common questioning about the normative representations of gender. These patterns imposed by the social field are at the origin of the division of "male" and "female" bodies, associated with so-called masculine or feminine behaviors. But can we deconstruct this binary categorization?
Inspired by Cubism processes, this creation tends to reveal the invisible, to multiply points of view and possibilities. The two artists question the societal codes that influence the way we look at the body, and the patterns that arise from our relationship to the feminine and masculine gender.
In a refined scenography and like our life paintings, the bodies are geometrized, they follow the rhythm or try to detach themselves from it by proposing a vacant, communicative and universal dance, inspired by collective and popular dances. Thus, bodies question their own social representations in order to deconstruct them, to reinvent their mechanisms.
New possibilities are emerging, coming out of coercive representations, let us praise our reconciliations.

Laura Morin & Marion Jousseaume met in 2012 in La Roche-sur-Yon, while studying dance as a specialty at the Pierre Mendès France high school and the conservatory.
In 2015, they continued their training together at the Ballet du Nord school and the University of Lille III. After several years of artistic and choreographic experience as dancers and performers, they decided to bring their paths together around a shared research project.
In 2021, they founded the Les Passantes company, driven by the desire to reconnect with the world, with themselves, and with others.
Their work, focused on social and cultural themes, highlights the living and human relationships.
Keen to make contemporary dance accessible, they aim to reach diverse audiences and invest in new spaces for dissemination, while freeing themselves from the “massive” production mechanisms that dominate the cultural sector.
